Servicing Car At Toyota Service Centre Sungai Ara, Bayan Lepas, Penang

I recently serviced my car at Toyota Service Centre Sungai Ara (Address: Mukim 12, Lot 1099, Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang. Tel: 04-6425689), on 5 January 2019. The service centre is owned by Prima Pearl Auto Sdn. Bhd. Normally, I would service my car at Toyota Service Centre Jalan Jelutong (owned by UMW Toyota Motor Sdn. Bhd.), but there was no slot available this time around. On the other hand, it was easy to reserve a slot for car service at Toyota Service Centre Sungai Ara, probably because there were less customers.

The service at Toyota Service Centre Sungai Ara was quite good. Customers were attended to in a quick manner. The reception and waiting areas were clean and comfortable. Hot drinks and water were provided free of charge for customers. Overall, I had a good experience servicing my car here, and will use Toyota Service Centre Sungai Ara again in the future.
