Where can we repair broken Apple devices in Penang? I recently had a good experience repairing my IPad4 screen at i2Fix.com. The i2Fix.com shop (Apple “i Devices” repair centre) is located right above Subway Restaurant, at 1-02-05, E-Gate Commercial Centre, Lebuh Tunku Kudin 2, 11700 Gelugor, Penang (Tel: +604-8249241).
What happened was that my IPad4 tablet had a broken screen, due to my daughter dropping it on the floor. I frequented E-Gate quite often (for Starbucks, PappaRich, Sushi King, Subway, Bread King, etc.), so I was aware that there is a shop called i2Fix.com there, which I figure probably fixes Apple devices. I decided to take my IPad4 there to see if the screen can be repaired.
The person at i2Fix.com took a look at my IPad4, and advised that the screen can be changed. The price was RM 280, before GST. As it was a Sunday afternoon, I was told that it can only be repaired the next day. I left my IPad4 there for the screen to be replaced, and managed to pick it up on Monday afternoon. The process is straightforward, and I am happy to have my IPad4 repaired.
