The Light Collection Condominiums (Light Collection I, II, III & IV) are high-end developments within The Light Waterfront, developed by IJM Land. I got the chance to tour the The Light Collections recently, and was impressed with the seawater lake within the condominiums’ compound. The seawater lake contains corals and sea fishes, including small sharks, stingrays, and other sea fishes. The view of the seawater lake is very relaxing. The Light Collection IV is the most luxurious among the Light Collection Condominiums, consisting of exclusive condominium units and water villas. Each water villas have their own private swimming pools and boat deck, very luxurious indeed.
Residents can also get a nice view of the Penang Bridge.
The environment within The Light Collection Condominiums is very relaxing and exclusive. It is definitely a nice place to live in.
