Bibik’s Kitchen is a Nyonya restaurant in Georgetown, located at 73, Jalan Sri Bahari, 10050 Georgetown, Penang (Tel: 04-2610681). The restaurant is on the same row of shop houses as Saigon House Cuisine (Vietnamese food), and diagonally opposite The Ship Restaurant (Sri Bahari branch). It is opened Tuesday–Sunday, with the opening hours from 11.30AM-3.00PM and 6.00PM-9.00PM. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
Bibik’s Kitchen serves many of the popular Nyonya food, including gulai tumis fish, assam pedas fish, kiam hu kut curry (salted fish curry), sambal petai with prawns, ayam ponteh, inchi kabin, tau ewe bak (pork cooked in soy sauce), jiu hu char, kerabu dishes, and others. The Nyonya dishes served here are pretty good. There is also a Set Lunch option on weekdays, consisting of a main dish, vegetables, white rice, and dessert/Nyonya kuih.
The dining area is clean and orderly, with Nyonya-styled decorations. It is a pleasant environment to dine in.
