There is an excellent beef noodles soup stall along Jalan Kulim in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The stall is located in a small hawker centre opposite Eng Hifi Centre, and is open from 10AM – 5PM.
Most customers will order the beef noodles soup, but you can also order dry noodles served with the beef soup in a separate bowl. At the time of writing, the prices of the beef noodles soup here are RM 8 (small), RM 9 (medium), and RM 10 (large). A bowl of beef noodles soup typically consists of beef, intestines, beef balls, and the white flat noodles. The soup is flavourful, and tastes as good as the beef noodles soup in the Penang island (like the Kafe ST Loo beef noodles soup in Carnavon Street), in my opinion.
