As is with previous years, Gurney Plaza has put up an exciting Chinese New Year decorations this year to usher in The Year Of The Ox, even though we are in the midst of the Movement Control Order (MCO).
This year’s decorations, named the “Spring Garden of Prosperity” are full of cherry blossoms, lanterns, traditional drums, butterflies and the colours pink & red. Walking around the “garden” brings up the feeling of the Chinese New Year festivities.
There are zodiac readings placed strategically around the “garden” – so visitors can read about what is in store for them this year (remember to not take it too seriously though, it is just for fun). The zodiac readings are put together in collaboration with Dzi Kingdom.
Looking up, you will be enthralled by the view of lanterns (lots of them) and butterflies hanging from the ceiling.
Happy Chinese “Niu” Year! May The Year Of The Ox brings happiness and prosperity to everyone.
