An internal Gymrama competition was held at Majlis Sukan Negeri Pulau Pinang (Penang State Sports Council) last Sunday, 11 June 2023. The competition, Kejohanan Dalaman Pelapis Gimrama 2023, was organized by Majlis Jimnastik Amatur Pulau Pinang (MJAPP). The participants consisted of children of various ages, from pre-school, primary school to secondary school. The competition was held for the whole day (from 9AM to 5PM), with morning and afternoon sessions.

Separate prize giving ceremonies were held for each session, so participants don’t have to stay for the whole day (if they don’t want to). There were many happy faces during the prize giving ceremony.
